To register on MT platfrom as a trader you will need

To register at the MotorTrade Auction Platform you will need the following:
To be a professional used car trader
A valid VAT-Number, which is registered to your company's name and address

As part of the registration process you will need to send the following documents:

  • A high-quality copy of your Chambers of Commerce documents (including your VAT-Number)
  • A high-quality copy of your Passport or Identity Card
  • A high-quality copy of your VAT Certificate
  • A completed online registration form

The Registration process

Submit an application using our registration form ensuring that you attach a colour form of ID and a valid Motor Trader certificate of insurance

Our Risk and Compliance team will process your application within 7 business days, including a full Know Your Customer (KYC) check

As soon as this has been approved, we will let you know

We will then send you some useful information and helpful tips to get you started

This will include your login details and password
