Aval Remarketing

The REMARKETING DIVISION deals with the management of used cars from Arval's long-term rental, putting second-hand cars back on the market and channeling them to qualified operators. At the end of the leasing contract, the arval group puts second-hand vehicles on sale, mainly for professionals. To facilitate sales in the professional channel, the arval group created a joint internet platform for all European entities. This platform, based on the standardization of the description of vehicles, allows products to be accessible to a wide audience of buying and selling throughout Europe. How do you improve customer satisfaction?

In order to continuously develop and improve our products, services and processes, Arval conducts an annual customer satisfaction survey (NPS). This survey is sent out at the end of the year and covers a number of control points, enabling us to identify opportunities for improvement.
