A BNP Paribas Group Company, Arval was founded in 1989, and is a specialist in full-service vehicle leasing and new mobility solutions. Our customers range from large international corporates to smaller companies and individual retail clients. In recent years we have diversified our business to become a key player in integrated mobility, supporting a wider customer audience that includes drivers and private individuals. As part of the Commercial, Personal Banking & Services division within BNP Paribas Group, we benefit from worldwide scale, which has played a key role in our international growth. Our 8,000 employees operate in 29 countries, and we leased 1,600,000 vehicles at the end of December 2022. Arval is a founding member of the Element-Arval Global Alliance, the longest standing strategic alliance in the fleet management industry and the worldwide leader with 4.4 million vehicles in 56 countries.

Specifically in the UK, we are one of the leading vehicle leasing companies supporting thousands of businesses and consumers with our products and services. Being a fully owned subsidiary of BNP Paribas, one of the world’s best rated banks, enables us to lease more than 185,000 vehicles which we own from new. This gives us a great choice of high quality vehicle stock flowing back after its first lease which we can offer to you.

Arval Remarketing

Our Remarketing team are experts in disposing of our used vehicles through a range of sales channels. Whether it's a car or van, there isn't much they don't know about used vehicles, and to an increasing degree a range of data sets are helping us to make decisions. Within the department we have teams dedicated to allocating and managing stock, leading our sales channels, and providing back-office support to our customers. We're also keeping our fingers on the pulse when it comes to new vehicle technologies, building strong knowledge of electric vehicles (EVs) so we can support our customers as the used vehicle market evolves. 

Your Account Team

We know that purchasing vehicles is only half of the story. Our customers expect us to support them to quickly answer any questions they have and help them with any issues they face. That's why we have built a dedicated account team, including our highly trained account managers, to support our MotorTrade customers with things like vehicle collections, transport solutions, invoicing and the transfer of V5 documents. How long have you been established?

Arval has been around since 1989 and is part of the BNP Paribas banking group, while Arval MotorTrade has been a destination for dealers to source their stock since 2012. Since launching more than a decade ago, Arval has continued to develop the platform, the services we offer and the way we support our customers.

How satisfied are your customers?

We measure customer satisfaction throughout the year because it's really important that our customers feel well supported by us. Our scores are excellent, and last year our overall customer satisfaction score was 96.6 out of 100.

When are the team available?
